ELEMENTS OF FITNESS
A complete fitness solution that includes Movement, Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Endurance, Conditioning, and Power. A personal training experience in a semi-private format. Ideal for all fitness levels, as all activities accommodate progressions and regressions based on both fitness and skill.
NUTRITIONAL COACHING
Nutritional coaching that leverages bioscans technology via InBody and app-based nutritional plans via LifeBase to achieve body composition goals.
TOTAL FITNESS + NUTRITION PROGRAM
A complete fitness program integrated with nutritional coaching.
We combine our Elements of Fitness program with our Nutritional Coaching program so you can achieve the fitness, body composition, and nutritional habits you want in only 4 months.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Our small group classes are limited in size and duration. Classes are semi-private so all participants get personalized instruction. Classes are structured as a 6 - 12 week series; purposeful programming and no long term commitments.
Yoga + Strength
Develop the strength necessary to enhance your ability to find alignment and stability, feeling more in control and confident in poses and through transitions. Ideal for injury prevention. Perfect for all levels of experience, building foundational strength and taking your practice to the next level.
Suspension Strength Training
Improve strength, conditioning, core stability, and balance through bodyweight exercises using suspension trainers (like TRX). This series includes progressive exercises for all ability levels.
Balance + Stability
Regain your sense of balance and stability for activities of daily life. We guide you through a progressive program to increase your confidence, control, and safety. This program incorporates bilateral and unilateral stability, as well as exercises and routines to strengthen your core and trunk.
Core Strength
Develop core strength that improves your movement, posture, and performance, and injury prevention. This program targets functional movement from your knees to your shoulders, with emphasis on toning and strengthening your core and glutes.
Elements MMA + Kickboxing
Learn and train an array of mixed martial arts techniques that is ideal for clients that are new to MMA or looking to sharpen their skills. This class torches calories in a fun, engaging, and supportive team-like atmosphere, whether you are getting ready for competition or looking to improve your strength and conditioning.
Elements Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Explore the foundational principles and concepts for Brazilian jiu jitsu through several keystone positions and applications in various situations. Each session provides instructionals, technique drills, and Q+A. Ideal for anyone new to BJJ or anyone looking to further their mastery of BJJ.
